Thank you so much for fixing my laptop. I realize it had been neglected for many months, but in your good hands, it is better than it has been in years! The mouse-pad now works; I'd had to disable it over a year ago. Most of the bugs that I knew to have been plaguing the system have disappeared, and my initial issue of the computer's power supply konking out at unexpected times has not shown its ugly head again. You took time out of your schedule to help, and that meant a LOT too. Thanks again!
